B2B Sales Account Specialist
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused B2B Sales Account Specialist to manage client accounts, build long-term business relationships, and contribute to our revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, and a commitment to delivering value to our corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B client accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and provide tailored product/service solutions.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within assigned markets.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to deliver optimal customer experiences.
- Monitor account performance and proactively address client concerns or issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical or service-based offerings and present them effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly organized.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
