B2B Sales team Lead
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Team Lead to spearhead our business-to-business sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading sales teams, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key clients.
- Monitor team performance, set clear objectives, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a sales leadership role, preferably in B2B sales.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
