Position Summary:
NuCorp is seeking a motivated and commercially driven Sales Specialist to join our growing business development team. The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying and converting B2B opportunities, specifically targeting small and medium-sized companies across the Saudi market. This role will focus on both lead generation and deal closure across NuCorp’s service offerings.
The Sales Specialist will work within a structured sales team, reporting to a Sales Supervisor, who in turn reports to executive management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and convert sales leads for NuCorp’s services across HR, IT, Legal, and Marketing verticals
- Conduct outreach to potential clients and present tailored service solutions aligned with business needs
- Deliver professional presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate service contracts
- Maintain accurate client and prospect records using CRM platforms such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met and services are aligned
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to support positioning and business strategy
Candidate Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within service-oriented companies
- Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline development, and closing deals
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, or equivalent
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is required
