Sales Specialist

Position Summary:
NuCorp is seeking a motivated and commercially driven Sales Specialist to join our growing business development team. The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying and converting B2B opportunities, specifically targeting small and medium-sized companies across the Saudi market. This role will focus on both lead generation and deal closure across NuCorp’s service offerings.

The Sales Specialist will work within a structured sales team, reporting to a Sales Supervisor, who in turn reports to executive management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and convert sales leads for NuCorp’s services across HR, IT, Legal, and Marketing verticals
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients and present tailored service solutions aligned with business needs
  • Deliver professional presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate service contracts
  • Maintain accurate client and prospect records using CRM platforms such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met and services are aligned
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to support positioning and business strategy

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within service-oriented companies
  • Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline development, and closing deals
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Strategic thinker with a client-focused and results-driven mindset
