Talent Acquisition Supervisor

To lead and manage the recruitment and onboarding functions by implementing effective strategies, enhancing candidate and employee experiences, and ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-efficient hiring and integration processes that align with organizational goals. 

Leadership & Team Management: 

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop recruitment and onboarding teams to meet performance expectations and strategic objectives. 
  • Set, track, and evaluate KPIs for team members, providing regular performance feedback and coaching. 
  • Conduct team meetings to share progress, resolve challenges, and promote best practices. 
  • Organize and facilitate team training to ensure alignment with company standards and onboarding goals. 
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively to maintain efficient operations. 

Recruitment Strategy & Execution: 

  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to assess workforce needs and define job specifications. 
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent. 
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. 
  • Utilize data and analytics to optimize sourcing channels, reduce time-to-fill, and improve hiring efficiency. 

Onboarding & Mobilization Management: 

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and mobilization processes for new hires and internal transfers. 
  • Coordinate with HR, recruitment, and department leaders to ensure readiness for employee integration. 
  • Lead onboarding programs including orientations, training schedules, and expectation setting. 
  • Monitor onboarding program effectiveness and drive continuous improvements based on feedback and data.. 

Stakeholder & Candidate Engagement: 

  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and new employees, providing consistent support and guidance. 
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and partners. 
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding. 
  • Promote the company’s employer brand through professional engagement and consistent messaging. 

Employee Engagement & Support 

  • Provide proactive support to new hires to ensure successful assimilation and engagement. 
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, supporting new employees during transitions. 
  • Maintain open lines of communication to address employee concerns and queries during onboarding. 
  • Contribute to employee retention by enhancing early employee experiences. 

Process Improvement & Compliance 

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment and onboarding processes for effectiveness, efficiency, and inclusivity. 
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, hiring regulations, and diversity and inclusion policies. 
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records, generating reports on metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and new hire retention. 
  • Collaborate with HR and related departments to ensure seamless onboarding and integration processes.
